REGISTERING & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Tickets are $190.00 per person.  The hotel is currently limiting guests to six per table.  Tables are available for purchase for $1,140.

  • The Illinois Third House encourages everyone to be vaccinated. If, for whatever reason, you are not fully vaccinated, you are encouraged to obtain a negative COVID test no more than 72-hours from the event.

  • In accordance with the requirements of the State of Illinois and the city of Chicago, everyone must wear face coverings unless actively engaged in eating or drinking. In order to protect the reputation of the Illinois Third House and the lobbying corps it represents, all registrants are asked to attest to their understanding and adherence to this requirement.

If you have registered for the event, please remit payment either by;

  • CREDIT CARD – Please call Brynne Scott at the IRMA office at 217-544-1003 to pay by credit card. Please note, a 1.5% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments for a total of $192.85/per person or $1,157.10 for a table of six.

  • CHECK – Mail your check made payable to Illinois Third House and send to IRMA at 216 Broadway Springfield Il 62701

REGISTRATIONS ARE CLOSED: The deadline for registrations is Friday, November 26, 2021.
