For over 40 years, the Illinois Food Retailers Association Service Corporation has served the coupon processing needs of independent food retailers of all sizes. With the merger of IFRA into IRMA, all retailers throughout Illinois, chain and independent alike, can now have their coupons redeemed through the Service Corporation.

The IRMA coupon program is facilitated by American Coupon Services (ACS), a leader in the coupon industry. The IRMA-ACS partnership is dedicated to providing members quality service, convenience and quick payment turnaround.

  • Processing: ACS will handle the processing and payment of all your paper and digital manufacturer issued coupons
  • Audit Payment: Retailers receive full face value of coupons plus appropriate handling allowance via direct deposit or check within 40 days from date coupons arrive at the ACS center.
  • Audit Reporting: Authorized couponing members provided log in and password to ACS website to track their individual coupon shipments and payments and print mailing labels for future shipments. The latest in scanning technology and systems controls ensure prompt and accurate accounting of all coupons.
  • No need to separate, sort or count your coupons. No minimum shipment size required. IRMA recommends that you ship coupons at least monthly to reduce the number of expired coupons. Improve your cash flow by submitting coupons on a regular schedule.
  • Excellent Customer Service: The IRMA and ACS staff members are ready to assist you with any coupon processing related issue from best handling practices to manufacturer deductions.
