Are you eligible? You are if you:

• Accepted Discover credit card payments in the U.S. between Jan. 1, 2007 – Dec. 31, 2023;
• Paid interchange or processing fees during that period; and
• Have an active or historical Merchant Identification Number (MID) associated with Discover transactions.

How payments will be determined:

Payments will be allocated using Discover’s internal transaction data to identify Merchant Identification Numbers (MIDs) – the unique identifiers assigned to each merchant location – that were misclassified as commercial cards when they should have been rewards or premium accounts.

Each qualifying MID receives a proportional share of the recovery according to the court’s approved methodology.
