Easy savings opportunity for Ameren Illinois and ComEd electric customers
IRMA continues to work to identify ways to help members offset the impact the significant increase in capacity rates is having on electricity costs. One such effort is participation in IRMA’s Community Solar (CS) Program that helps businesses lower electricity prices with no capital outlay.
For calculating the potential savings, a good rule of thumb to use is for every 1,000,000 kWh’s used annually, $9,500 in annual net savings for Ameren IL customers and $7,500 annually for ComEd customers. Not all IRMA members may qualify but we will assess your eligibility.
This easy savings opportunity:
- Requires no capital contribution
- Does not affect your current or future third-party electric supply agreements
- Requires no physical changes to your facility
- Is simply a monetary bill credit program which reduces spend
To receive your annual savings potential, upload a copy of a recent electric bill for each Ameren or ComEd account using the form on the left.
