The Illinois Retail Merchants Association will present a live webinar to inform members about the Illinois Paid Leave Act for All Workers which passed last January.
The legislation requires employers of any size to provide employees 5 days of paid leave. The effective date for the state law is January 1, 2024. Employers must comply with the legislation on or after that date. The webinar will explain the legislation, outline the responsibilities of employers, and answer any questions that may arise.
