Retail Day 2010 was held May 5 in Springfield. Featured speakers at the Retail Day Luncheon were Gov. Pat Quinn and gubernatorial challenger State Senator Bill Brady (R-Bloomington). A gala legislative reception was held celebrating Cinco De Mayo in the evening.
